Why does Alice love our Matisse? Her daughter Peggy is a fan too!

Alice Shepherd, owner of She's a Wildflower in Barwon Heads, Victoria and her gorgeous daughter Peggy, 2, loved our Matisse High Chair at our recent photo shoot.

 ABOUT ALICE

The talented florist has garnered a cult following on social media with her stunning, colourful floral arrangements. When she's not perfecting floral concepts for clients, Alice and partner Tom are busy parents to Peggy.

Alice took five with us to discuss all things high chair related.

WHAT TIPS WOULD YOU GIVE PARENTS WHEN CHOOSING A HIGH CHAIR?

Parents need to go for something that's lightweight - I'm often holding Peggy with one arm and lifting the high chair with the other so it needs to be light and easy on the arms. It also needs to be stable and easy to clean because kids make a mess! I love the removable tray on the Matisse High Chair which is dishwasher safe. This is such a huge time saver when it comes to cleaning.

HOW IMPORTANT IS SAFETY?

It is SO important and you have to make sure they can be strapped in – Peggy often tries to get herself out but she's got nowhere to go in the Matisse High Chair as she's very safe, secure and snug. Stability is also really important - the last thing you want is the high chair moving about when your baby is in it. The design of the Matisse High Chair means it's stable and safe.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT OUR MATISSE HIGH CHAIR?

I like that the seat has lots of cushioning and it has adjustable height positions, as well as adjustable backrest and footrest positions, so Peggy looks nice and cozy in it. I also love the little cup holder which is perfect for Peggy's drink bottle or an actual cup when she’s ready for it.  It's also really compact which is great. I can fold it easily and move it out of the way in the pantry, and then wheel it back in when I need to.

WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THE MATISSE HIGH CHAIR TO OTHER FAMILIES?

Yes, definitely!
