Short answer is no. In Australia stroller bassinets are not generally approved for overnight sleeping. While some brands may endorse this, the Australian safety standards do not specifically address pram bassinets for overnight sleep. Safe sleep experts advise against using them for overnight. Yes, both seats are full size seats and interchangeable. However, the weight limits must be followed as per the instruction manual. In single mode the main seat weight limit is 22kg. In tandem mode the main seat weight limit is 20kg and the second seat weight limit is 18kg.
