For newborn options we recommend Aptana bassinet or B-Pod baby capsule. Alternatively, the seat can be used with a generic newborn insert that has a wedge to provide extra support and comfort for infants. Note: Seat backrest must be at full recline at all times for infants.
Yes, both upper & lower positions can take baby capsules. Compatible to the B-Pod baby capsule range and selected baby capsule brands.

Yes, you can fold the Aptana with the main seat in world facing mode (facing forward) only. You cannot fold it with the bassinet, baby capsule or second seat on.

Yes, only the seat fabrics are removable & washable.
Removable fabric items: Gentle hand wash or spot clean. Wash separately. Use mild soap and cold water. Do not wring dry. Do not dry-clean. Do not use chlorine or bleach-based products. Do not tumble dry. Do not soak. Drip dry in shade.

Short answer is no. In Australia stroller bassinets are not generally approved for overnight sleeping. While some brands may endorse this, the Australian safety standards do not specifically address pram bassinets for overnight sleep. Safe sleep experts advise against using them for overnight. The second seat has a weight limit of 18kg.
Yes, both seats are full size seats and interchangeable. However, the weight limits must be followed as per the instruction manual. In single mode the main seat weight limit is 22kg. In tandem mode the main seat weight limit is 20kg and the second seat weight limit is 18kg.
