Warranty
In the unlikely case that you find any material or workmanship that affects your products normal operation we offer the following Warranty conditions:
Safe-n-Sound
Safe-n-Sound products are covered against faulty materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions for the warranty period. We provide a 5 year warranty period on Harness, Seat Moulding and Fittings on most models. Should your restraint include speakers in the head rest we provide a 6 month warranty on the speaker attachments. In addition we provide a 2 year warranty period on fabric covers, comfort pads and padding.
Steelcraft
Steelcraft products are thoroughly inspected in our Quality Assurance department prior to delivery. In the unlikely case that you find any material or workmanship that affects the units normal operation, we will repair the unit free of charge within 12 months of purchase. You are required to present your receipt as proof of purchase.
Please read all the information in your instruction manual carefully before using the product. Warranty does not apply to failure due to improper care, or normal wear and tear caused by product use. We reserve the right to inspect the unit. You may be charged for repairs if the product has been damaged accidently. You are required to present your receipt as proof of purchase.

If you require a repair that is not covered under warranty, please contact your closest Britax Repair Agent.
Please note: Safety products (car seats) will need to be sent to Britax Childcare in VIC for repair.

Should you wish to come to our premises with a repair please call first to arrange an appointment with a customer service member.
International Warranty
Safe-n-Sound and Steelcraft products are available through a network of retailers in Australia and New Zealand. If you are an international customer we do not offer a warranty service outside of this region.
