Q. What is the Crash Exchange Program?

A. The Crash Exchange Program applies in Australia and New Zealand. If a Safe-n-Sound child restraint is involved in a severe crash, it may be considered eligible for an exchange for a new one of the same or similar design and features. This is an alternative to making a claim under your insurance policy.
