Crash Exchange Program
The crash exchange program is brilliant. We were involved in a serious car accident and there is no question that the safe n sound car seat we purchased saved our 9 month old son from serious (possibly life threathening) injury. We purchased the car seat based on the high rear facing rating, I am just so thankful that we researched and invested in such a valuable item. The exchange program process has been very simple and easy to navigate at a time when we are exhausted and still recovering from the accident. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful and supportive program.
